These prices are per unit it includes electricity, water and housekeeping with laundry changing every 3 days.
For any booking confirmation 50% will be requested the rest will be paid at the arrival day..
The checkout time is at 12H00 out passing this time a supplement will be charged this way :

50% price of the apartment cost per day, before 16h00

One more day will be charged after 16h00.

every guest has to fill in a traveler card before the Check in
The number of resident per apartment type must be respected.
100 Dinars must be given the day of arrival as a deposit; this amount will be back the day of departure after the apartment checking
Money and valuables must be kept in an individual safe (2 Dinars per day) at the reception. Our establishment denies every responsibility in case of lost.
Any lost or found items must be declared as soon as possible at the reception.
 Guests are not allowed to takes towels and other equipment out of the apartment.
Equipment shouldn’t be moved from an apartment to another, any missing items will be charged on guest. Bank and financial references
